The role
City Sports and Spinal is a friendly practice, recognised for delivering trusted, high-quality physiotherapy. We have experienced and titled musculoskeletal physiotherapists to provide clinical support and mentoring. We share what we learn at weekly team meetings and regular informal case discussions, and we share our knowledge with others, providing regular education to GP's, registrars, students and community groups.
Regardless of experience, we’re a Practice where each of our staff can take a clinical lead, and explore what ‘best practice’ means in whatever area of clinical practice they’re interested. We want to work towards providing more specialised services, to attract clients who value quality work and professional service, and to give our team the freedom and flexibility to do their best work.
What you'll be doing
- Full-time or Part-time, flexible work hours
- A varied caseload with opportunities to gain exposure to musculoskeletal, men’s and women’s health, telehealth, youth sport, orthopaedic rehab and occupational health - flexibility to tailor your caseload and to advance your career.
- Enjoy autonomy in your work, while still feeling that you’re an active, valued and supported member of our Team
- Regular mentoring as part of a structured approach to career development, and generous financial support for professional development
- Guidance from experienced, titled and supportive professionals. Weekly team meetings and frequent case-consult opportunities.
- Opportunity to ease into the role – but with potential for a rewarding caseload.
- Work 38 hours a week. Earn $80,000-120,000 base + commission + CPD
- Monday to Friday, within standard business hours – no weekend work
- Opportunity to meet with GP’s and to provide mentoring to Registrars / education / networking.
- Excellent administration staff providing a high level of support.
- Great location and easy parking
