An opportunity exists to join one of Sydney's most progressive and comprehensive physiotherapy clinics. We are seeking a positive and motivated physiotherapist for our practice in Newtown. We have 8 amazing physios and 1 EP and are looking for someone with drive, passion and the curiosity to learn more! Our team consists of a PhD graduate, a sports physiotherapist, a specialist hand therapist, a women's health physiotherapist and multiple ConnectTherapy™ Series Graduates.

Active Physiotherapy offers our patients a comprehensive level of treatment techniques. We use evidence-based sports physiotherapy, advanced manual therapy techniques, ConnectTherapy™ assessment and treatment, visceral mobilisation, Clinical Pilates, real-time ultrasound and functional exercise prescription. Our clinic is also a licenced ONERO™ bone strengthening clinic.  

At one of our clinics, we have a state-of-the-art functional strength gym, treadmill for running analysis and a large dedicated space for exercise and re-training.

The successful candidate may have previous private practice experience and new graduates are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be able to handle a busy caseload and be able to use critical thinking and problem solving to create great outcomes for our lovely patients. The successful candidate will be able to work independently at times at any of our clinics. The successful candidate will understand the importance of, and enjoy being, a team player who has a growth mindset and is keen to learn how to be a superstar physio.

The successful candidate will be provided with a huge amount of training, mentoring and support. We provide financial support for ongoing education and have weekly inservice training. We have an awesome Xmas party and a 3 day annual conference where we our whole team goes away to a fun destination with a bit of work and lots of play! We believe in investing heavily in our team to develop you professionally and personally and we have found our staff love working at Active Physio. 

Remuneration is negotiable and generous. The position is a part-time to full-time load with exact hours to be discussed. Saturday morning work will be required.
